Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pinoy Legends website, our official community server on Discord, our Content Creator Program, and our game testing programs (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. The Services and Game Testing

Pinoy Legends is a mobile game under development. Access to alpha and beta testing is by invitation and may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features, heroes, game balance, and player progress may change or be reset during testing, and we make no assurance that any feature in a test build will appear in the released game.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not sell, transfer, share, or trade accounts.

5. Community Rules and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users;
• post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• spam, advertise without permission, or impersonate others;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools, bots, or modifications;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; or
• violate any applicable law or the rules of any third-party platform used to access the Services.

Our staff may warn, mute, restrict, or remove any user who violates these rules, including from testing programs.

6. Content Creator Program

6.1 Applications are accepted only through our official Google Form, and all information you submit must be accurate and complete.

6.2 Submitted videos must meet the requirements published on the Creator Program page. Acceptance, tier placement, and rewards are determined at our sole discretion and are subject to change.

6.3 You retain ownership of your videos. By submitting them, you represent that you own or have the right to use all content contained in them, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share, and feature them on our website and social media channels, with credit to you as the creator.

6.4 We may remove from the program any creator who violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pinoy Legends name, logo, artwork, characters, software, and all other game content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted under the Content Creator Program or with our written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party platforms such as Discord and Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the Services or other users. If you believe a suspension or removal was made in error, you may submit an appeal to appeals.pinoylegends@gmail.com.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, including all test builds, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinoy Legends and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or access, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the game develops. The effective date above shows the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them shall be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
